I was told last week that I will be making a returining trip to Okuma in South Carolina for more training.

This is good as I will be able to continue my training on the CNC Machines that we have in our plant and have a better understanding on how they function. The class I will be attending is a Spindle Rebuilding class. In this class, I suppose I will learn how to remove, break-down and rebuild the spindle that are in these Okuma CNCs.

The bad news is that I will be leaving December 8th and will be gone for a week. This is real close to Christmas time and may hinder my ability to get gifts for everyone. Hey I am a guy and I wait until the last minute before I buy Christmas gifts. I should be alright though as I will be back by the 15th which should give me plenty of time to start my Christmas Shopping.

As before, I will be sure to keep updating the Blog while I am up there. Thanks for viewing and God Bless!

My vote has been made. My ballot has been cast. I have done my American duty and voted for what I feel would be the best person to hold the position of President of the United States of America. It is now in God’s hands and I fret about the outcome none.

Questions do come to mind though as I sit here and watch CNN and watch the polling places wind down and the speculation continue to rise as the minutes and hours pass on.

First, will our new President hold true to the promises he has made during his run for the presidency? It seems that every President since I could remember has made many, many promises about tax cuts, better health care, etc., and the problems still exsist well after they were elected. Imagine if God had done this with the prtomises He has made to all mankind. We would all be suffering eternal damnation. Praise God for His Word and the sacrifice He made in His Son, Jesus Christ! Prayerfully our new President will keep his word and do just what he said he would do while running for the presidency.

Second, what will our economy look like nexxt year when our new president settles in? I suppose this is a speculative question but realistically, will it get better or worse? I feel that the President will only play a part in the bettering of our economy and that it is the responcibility of the citizens of this fine country do take care of how the economy will manage. Gas prices went sky high and it wasnt until America got together and said enough is enough and started cutting back on fuel consumption and forced the maniacs on Wall Street to reconsider their position on barrels of sweet crude oil. We did that! Not the President, not the auto manufacturers, not the governmental body that is supposed to be keeping us from these tragic times.

Third, will we have proper medical care and elderly care with our new President? I would hope so. As I grow older, I often wonder about what the land that I live in will be like when I get ready to retire and what it must be like for those who are retiring now and have to depend on checks from the government like Social Security. Then there is health insurance. Will the new President fix the current issues regarding our failing medical insurance policies and cover the meat of America which is the working class people of this country who make it tick.

I suppose I am rambling and not a very interesting ramble at that. I just pray that if you live in America, you voted for the person you feel would best fit as our new President and didnt get caught up in all the hype the media threw on all of us.

Will abortion continue to take place with our new president? Probably. Will homosexuals be able to marry and be united as one with our new president? Probably. Will our schools bring back prayer in school? Will we be able to go to our courthouses and see the 10 Commandments proudly displayed i the retundra? More than likely not!

We are living in dangerous times and the time is getting close. Heaven is at hand people. Pray, Vote, Be Vigilant!

Thanks for reading and God Bless You All.

Things around the house are finally getting back to normal. The skirting is just about up. I am loving the shorter travel time to work and my school assignments are not so demanding of my free time.

I have been bitten by the fishing bug though and have found it pleasurable to go fishing at a near-by dam off of Lake Jordon. If I dont have to work on a Saturday, this is where you will usually find me. Trying to catch the fabled monster whale bass! :D I have been twice so far and have caught a spotted bass that weighed probably 3 to 4 lbs. Of course that depends on when you ask me. Ask me at the right time and it weighed 6 to 7 lbs. ;) I am enjoying the life up here as I am near a hugh lake and have ample opportunities to go fishing. Just yesterday afternoon I went on a boat with an associate from work (his boat) and got a good fishing tour of the lake. he caught 3 bass and I caught 2 tree limbs and a tall grass stalk. Oh well, cant catch em all.

School is going great. I am passing all of my classes yet I am finding the two air conditioning classes I am taking to be quite a challange. I should have no problem passing these classes but getting an A in both of them will require alot of work and studying. We are at mid-term in this semester and the year is going by soooo fast.

My websites have taken a hit by me moving up here the most. I have not been able to keep up with adding new stories to the site, adding Bible Studies to the Bible Studies Program I run and it has just been hectic for me to do anything with it. I am considering dropping the PHP NUke and going with another program for ease of developement but in doing so, it will be alot of work and thus time to accomplish it. Something that is very hard to come by in these recent days and months. Prayerfully, Ill be able to do proper updates real soon.

Well, thanks for viewing and please stop in from time to time to catch up.

God Bless.

we have been in our new residence for about a month now and things are going as well as could be expected.

It now takes me a half an hour to get to work as opposed to an hour and that makes it worth the move right there as I can catch up on some much needed rest that was so hard to get with the traveling I once did.

School has benifitted from this move as I can now do my studying during the week as opposed to having to wait for the weekend to do my studying. Being able to do this is enhancing my grades a bit and I am now enjoying going to school as I should be.

Duties around the house have increased as I now have a yard of 3.5 acres to attend to. I have purchased a used riding lawn mower to make this task alittle easier and it is a blast for me to mow the yard now. I still have to use the push mower on some spots like near the creek and along the roadside. There is a significant drop from the yard to the creek and I worry that if I drive to close to the drop-off with the rider, I may end up going swimming with my new rider.

There are also a bunch of other tasks that need to be done like building a new deck onto the back of the place. This will be a bigger deck than the one that I had before, almost twice as big and I wont be able to bury the supporting 4x4’s into the ground as the ground is solid limestone…so I have to buy these concrete pads made specifically for supporting 4x4’s that are unable to be buried in the ground. It will be alittle more expensive but will be well worth it once the project is completed.

More updates to come real soon.

After we got the mobile home moved here, it was time to access the damage. We had torn up insulation from where the tires blow out on the way to its destination. The was a wall that buckeled in the front bedroom that more than likely occurred when the tires blew out and the truck swerved as a result. The skirting was rendered useless as the home now sits about a foot, possibly two feet above the original height it sat on in Troy.

The plumbing was done half hazardly and will probably have to be redone at my expense becaue I was not there to see to it that it was properly re-installed after the home was set into place, I had to work half a day that day.

All this and I think I am still very blessed to get this move completed with minimal issues or setbacks. The shed was moved Saturday and just before the storm hit us. Im talking about an hour before the sotrm blew in, we were unloading the shed. Now I can get all my camping gear and outdoor things placed in the shed so the outside elements dont harm my belongings.

Well now comes the very cumbersome task of putting everything back into its place and trying to get back to normal. This may take some time as I have school to attend on MOndays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Thanks for taking the tie to read this. I appreciate all the support and prayers I have been getting from everyone. Thank you all and God Bless.
